In addition to the warranty conditions and the Privacy Policy the following applies in the case of registration by the dealer on behalf of retail customer: The dealer processes data for the customer and Metabo when registering for the XXL warranty. Any use of the data for purposes other than stated in the "XXL Warranty", particularly for own purposes of the dealer, are explicitly prohibited. This prohibition shall also apply if the customer has given his consent for data use for advertisement and opinion research. The dealer has to comply with any requests by the customer for change or deletion of his data.
